Series 24: Seasoned Issuer

a large company (but not as large as a WKSI) that has previously issued securities with the SEC. A seasoned issuer must either (a) have a public float of at least $75 million or (b) have securities listed on a national securities exchange, not meet the definition of a shell company, and not have sold more than one-third of its public float during the previous 12 months.
