When broker-dealers act in a fiduciary capacity, they often receive access to confidential, nonpublic information about the ownership of their customers’ securities. Broker-dealers may not use this information for financial gain or to solicit sales of securities, except with the issuer’s consent.

The series 7 quizzes were what made the study material the best. I just passed the series 7, it was my second time with Solomon. I Passed the SIE first attempt with their study material and it took me until the second attempt to pass the series 7 with their study material. Studying for the 24 was not easy. I felt Solomon's course materials and online portal prepared me well for passing the exam in the first try. The study material was NOT overwhelmingly thrown together and I found the study program to be manageable and focused. Got me through the study period of about 4-5 weeks. I would recommend Solomon over the other courses.
