Understanding the origins and the authors’ intentions will clarify why you’re studying the fine print of the law.

Many of the legal and regulatory questions found on the Series 66 are based on the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Uniform Securities Act, and a few other key pieces of legislation. The framework for these
