Rule G-13—Published Municipal Securities Quotations Must Be Firm

Published quotations must be bona fide bids or offers. Requests for bids and offers and nominal bids are permissible if so labeled. Bona fide quotes must be based on the broker-dealer’s best judgment that the quoted price represents the security’s fair market value.
